**GLOBAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR**

**Posizione**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing the Operations area, consisting of the Production and Supply Chain functions, coordinating directly and / or functionally the production activities in Italy and abroad;
- Collaborating proactively with the Technical & Product Management Area in order to ensure that production, services and innovation constantly meet quality requirements by representing the highest production and innovation standards;
- Define operational strategies in line with the Group's vision in order to achieve increased profitability through the implementation of change projects in various areas, including critical factors;
- Oversee the company's processes of product realization, quality control and service delivery ensuring the achievement of objectives, through field observations and careful analysis of performance indicators, including improving performance and evaluating the introduction of new ones;
- Manage the areas within its competence with a view to continuous improvement and adaptation to the dynamics of the reference market, proposing organizational changes, new processes, streamlined procedures and tools aimed at increasing effectiveness;
- Appropriately share the performance trend of Operations with Top Management, ensuring the correct and timely preparation of reports, accompanying them with variance analysis reports and improvement proposals.

**Requisiti**:
For the role and the international context of the company, it is a **must to have a good knowledge of English** **and Italian**. Additional requirements for the position are: APQP / PPAP experience, and knowledge of CAD systems.
