Analyst Private Debt Corporate

Sella Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is the business division of Gruppo Sella specialized in corporate finance transactions: M&A advisory, capital raising (Private Equity, listing on Stock Exchange), corporate bond issuance, debt structuring, Leveraged Finance and M&A transaction of Sella Group.

We are looking for an Analyst in order to expand our team, a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a fast-paced Execution team. Directly report to CIB Director Associate Director you will handle the execution of corporate finance transactions, including M&A potentially also involving Sella Group, Corporate Bond issuances and Leveraged Finance transactions and play a key role in the preparation of reporting materials.

Main responsibilities:
- The full range of responsibilities involving Corporate Finance transactions at Analyst level;- With the support of an Associate you’ll carry out industry and company research;- Performing valuation analyses, including financial statement analysis, company valuation, financial modeling;- Support the team in the preparation of excel models and drafting of presentations and deal memoranda, being part of the team involved in the execution of the project;- Support the team in the preparation of portfolio monitoring activities and drafting of related reports;- Support/assist the internal approvals process for proposed transactions attending bank committee.- Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 university;- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite;- Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad

It will be considered a plus:
- Experience in Corporate bond issuance, Leveraged Finance, M&A or Transaction Services;- Tax and accounting expertise;- Sound understanding of banking industry, financial services regulation, bank capital structures and public market valuations.
