**Who we are looking for**
We are currently looking for a **PR & Communication Associate Manager** to join the **PR & Communication Team**for our **Milano location**.

**Role purpose**
To define, plan, develop, manage, and monitor the Communication and Public Relations strategies related to specific Brands, programs and operative projects on global scale, in order to improve the effectiveness and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business based on business targets in coherence with Global HQ Team.

**As a PR & Communication Associate Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Provides, develops and monitors Global PR & Communication plans, for the relevant area of responsibility, that will enable the local teams to achieve the business targets
- Manages and executes Communication and PR programs and projects for the relevant area of responsibility, coordinating with external agencies and Safilo Brand Teams to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets and to maximize the relevant ROI
- Coordinates at a global level the external media agency, providing input and solutions to resolve any possible critical situations
- Ensures the editing of institutional communications, press interviews, video, etc., providing the local external media agencies and Safilo PR offices with inputs and indications in terms of communication contents, images, and general press material
- Ensures in line with business and Safilo objectives the proper management of budget
- Collaborates with Legal Department to create collaborations/partnership with external resources by respecting Legal and company rules
- Promotes the knowledge sharing across the relevant area of responsibility in order to foster the circulation of information, the team effectiveness level and the awareness of people involved in the process managed towards the strategic company vision
- For each assigned projects, collects the needs, sets up scope, objectives, plans and resources involved, in order to enable and support the relevant Business function to deliver their business requirements
- Manages and monitors the assigned projects, coordinating the team in charge and ensuring to complete the deliverables, relative activities, and solutions within the deadline
- Monitors all the PR & Communication projects through reports on weekly/monthly basis

**Desired Skills**
- 4-5 years’ proven experience in Press Agencies as PR & Communication Specialist or in a PR department of a structured and multicultural Company
- Degree or Master in Communication Sciences, Marketing or equivalent
- Fluency in English, second foreign language is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of PR & Communication main channels; Marketing KPIs; Marketing & Communication main tools
- Curious and updated on the latest trends
- Good team attitude and relational skills
- Problem solving, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changes
