Si ricerca figura di Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager per il gruppo Roses Hotels (che gestisce 3 strutture alberghiere tra Santa Marinella e Civitavecchia), in particolare per l'Hotel Cavalluccio Marino di Santa Marinella (RM).
La figura ricercata avrà la necessità di avvicendarsi con l'attuale responsabile F&B, con particolare attenzione per il Ristorante Cavalluccio Marino di Santa Marinella.
Il Ristorante Cavalluccio Marino svolge principalmente servizio à la carte, ma garantisce anche il servizio di pensione per gli ospiti dell'omonima struttura 4 stelle; è inoltre dotato di un bar legato allo stabilimento balneare e, nella stessa struttura, si realizza anche il servizio di prima colazione per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Molto importante è anche la banchettistica e la realizzazione di eventi.
La figura selezionata, forte di una buona esperienza del settore, dovrà in primis dedicarsi al servizio ristorativo/bar della struttura, facendo da tramite tra la Direzione e lo staff F&B.
Sarà necessaria una buona dose di operatività, in prima persona, nei vari servizi F&B offerti dalla struttura, con il fine di integrarsi e di formare lo staff esistente, il quale, per larga parte, è di recentissimo inserimento. Sarà inoltre importante dedicarsi anche al servizio di prima colazione.
In generale, la figura ricercata dovrà possedere
- un'efficiente senso d'organizzazione;
- una naturale capacità di gestire e formare i propri collaboratori;
- una conoscenza profonda delle tecniche di servizio e di cucina, nonchè delle vigenti normative in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e HACCP;
- buone doti di economato nel coordinare i reparti nella selezione e nella gestione dei fornitori;
- un'ottima conoscenza enologica;
- una spiccata capacità di interfacciarsi con i clienti, tanto durante il servizio, quanto nella gestione di offerte personalizzate per banchetti ed eventi. Il tutto associato ad un'innato senso di ospitalità e di calore che sia il Responsabile F&B, sia ogni suo collaboratore, dovranno essere in grado di trasmettere ai nostri ospiti.
La collaborazione avrà inizio nel mese di marzo 2025 (salvo possibilità reciproca di anticipare), con un periodo di avvicendamento con il precedente responsabile F&B. Si protrarrà quantomeno fino alla fine di ottobre 2025, momento in cui si valuterà l'inserimento stabile nell'organigramma aziendale.
La retribuzione indicata è comprensiva di rateo 13° e 14° mensilità.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €2.200,00 - €2.500,00 al mese
