In this role, you will support the implementation and strengthening of business controlling and reporting tools operated in the sales division; improving budget planning processes through punctual reporting of sales activities and achievement progresses by channel, clients and sales accounts; supervise the status against the targets.
Role and Responsibilitiesthe successful intern will cooperate to support on collecting evidence of co-op activities related to Customers' Contract Conditions;
will be tasked with Contracts rebates calculations based on sell-in and sell-out data, checking sales deduction claims for internal approval and relevant payment
will be taking care of weekly alignment with SISO team for sell-out and sell-through data consistency.
Other activities include: preparing and monitoring sales deduction contracts, copyright tax calculation for accrual and quarterly payments and management of customer requests related to sales deduction.
Perform continuous variance analysis on key business metrics (Sales, commercial investments, by Channels, Accounts and products
Skills and Qualifications
hands-on approach, attention to details and precision
fresh graduate (bachelor/master) Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics, Management or Data Engineering.
Computer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English and Italian.
Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
