Position Summary
1. Maximize business competitiveness and profit by establishing business goals and measuring and managing performance.
2. Check the major issues of the business and establish counterplan, or assist the management in effective decision-making by recognizing potential business risks beforehand.
3. Motivate business organizations to achieve goals and induce change in behavior through the wise selection of correct evaluation items and fair evaluation.
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the successful intern:
- will cooperate to support on collecting evidence of co-op activities related to Customers' Contract Conditions;
- will be tasked with Contracts rebates calculations based on sell-in and sell-out data, checking sales deduction claims for internal approval and relevant payment
- will be taking care of weekly alignment with SISO team for sell out and sell through data consistency.
- Other activities include: preparing and monitoring sales deduction contracts, copyright tax calculation for accrual and quarterly payments and management of customer requests related to sales deduction.
Skills and Qualifications
fluent English & Italian
- hands-on approach, attention to details and precision
- teamwork and ability to contribute in a fast paced environment
- fresh graduate (bachelor/master)
