Product Management Specialist

We are looking for a **Product Management Senior Specialist** to be inserted in our **Product Management function** in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support in the execution of the product strategy and roadmap, supporting the management in the generation process and product lifecycle: from concept to end-of-life, in order to develop competitive positioning and ensure the performances of the solution delivered, working alongside with R&D team and the other involved functions.
- Participate in the definition of contractual proposals, working alongside with sales and controlling, ensuring the development and delivery of product competitive positioning by market segment and product features, in order to achieve defined objectives.
- Conduct evaluations of market requirements and trends, including identification of technical product gaps or competitiveness opportunities.
- Execute periodical qualitative and quantitative product analysis and research, as well as monitoring markets share, competitive dynamics, pricing and product portfolio trends.
- Support the execution of product and services positioning in the market, the go to market plan and operational product marketing activities.
- Monitor activities as well as supports in deliver volumes, revenues and profit forecasts and reports highlighting critical issues and proposing improvement actions to the Product Manager.
- Interact regularly and effectively with key internal and external business stakeholders, participating in the building of effective and sustainable partnerships.
