The English International School of Padua is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Computer Science to join its highly motivated and experienced team.
- Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons
- Implement a variety of teaching methods, including project-based learning, group activities, and simulations, to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and activities aligned with the school's learning programs
- Regularly evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and technical competence
- Foster a passion for technology
- Work with colleagues to integrate Computer Science concepts into other disciplines for cross-curricular learning
- Organise and lead extracurricular activities, such as workshops or coding clubs, to engage students beyond the classroom
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences and school events to maintain open communication with families and promote the school’s mission
- demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and sharing best practices
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, coupled with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
