Cerco una persona **senior** e pratica per affiancarmi come “**growth partner**” e guidare strategia + esecuzione per creare **nuove entrate** fuori dalla mia attività su YouTube e renderle scalabili/automatizzabili. L'obiettivo è avere **un'ampia marginalità**, oltre per migliorare la scalabilità, anche in virtù di una **collaborazione a lungo termine**.
C'è la possibilità di lavorare, con le stesse premesse, anche ai progetti di YouTube.

Non cerco un social media manager: cerco qualcuno che sappia **impostare una strategia** completa (offerta, funnel, acquisizione, automazioni) e poi farla succedere.

Collaborazione iniziale in prova, con possibilità di **revenue share** e **crescita**del ruolo.

Obiettivo di business: Raggiungere **5000€ di fatturato**, fuori dal fatturato di YouTube, entro fine febbraio 2026.

Plus: casi studio, portfolio, esperienza in e-commerce o lead gen.

Contratto di lavoro: Contratto con partita IVA, Collaborazione
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: €1.000,00 - €5.000,00 al mese
