**Partner with the best**

You will be responsible for the Product & Technical Safety Engineering team within the Gas Equipment & Projects (GEP) Engineering organization, reporting to the Chief engineering Office Leader. You will lead proactive and reactive safety on Gas Turbine, Compressors, Expanders, Steam Turbine and Plant Solutions within Gas and CTS portfolio, providing the right guidance to the design definition, identifying the appropriate risk assessment and mitigation action plan.

As a Product Safety Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and broader company objectives
- Providing guidance to Engineering disciplines on activities relevant to Product & Technical safety
- Driving governance on reactive safety cases
- Supporting resolution of systems, product and technology safety issues based on qualitative and quantitative methods
- Networking with Controlled Titles Holders to streamline solutions and secure fast site and fleet containment actions
- Guiding proactive Product & Technical Safety and risk assessments to identify risk mitigation measures that assure tolerable risk level is achieved
- Focusing on configurations and continuous improvement of products and solutions design
- Promoting and enhancing the culture of Product, Technical and Functional safety at the company level
- Defining training plan to improve Product and Technical safety approach within the engineering organization

**Fuel your passion**
- To be successful in this role you will:

- Have proven experience in Turbomachinery, Process, or Plant engineering with a solid technical background
- Have basic knowledge of Safety International standards (e.g., IEC 60079, ISO12100, BS EN ISO 17776:2002, OSHA PSM Standard 1910.119)
- Have a basic knowledge of Safety Integrity Level standards (e.g., IEC 61508, IEC 61511, IEC 62061)
- Have a basic knowledge of HAZID, HAZOP methodologies
- Show ability to lead the change of culture
- Be target oriented, resilient with relentless attitude
- Have executive level presentation skills
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
