Customer Service Representative

Uomo/Donna con background commerciale

**Skills**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente anche francese
- Residenza nei dintorni di Lainate
- Follow up clienti
- Emissione di offerte
- Inserimento degli ordini nel sistema gestionale SAP ( di cui sarebbe gradita conoscenza )
- Emissione di conferme di vendita
- Coordinamento con la produzione per garantire che le merci vengano spedite in tempo
- Eventuale supporto logistico
- Interfaccia con le figure commerciali ( sia in Italia che all’estero )
- Preparazione dei necessari report statistici sulle vendite
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto office, in particolar modo buona conoscenza di Excel
- Possibilità di partecipazione a fiere o brevi trasferte

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
