This role puts you in the driver's seat of our enterprise renewals strategy. You'll be securing multi-million dollar deals, engaging directly with C-suite decision-makers, and leveraging AI to perfect your approach. **What you will be doing**
- Orchestrate strategic conversations with enterprise clients, masterfully articulating value propositions and securing high-value renewals
- Pioneer the development of next-generation sales methodologies by combining traditional B2B expertise with AI-powered insights to create scalable, data-driven renewal frameworks

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Prospecting or hunting for new business opportunities - your focus is exclusively on nurturing and growing existing enterprise relationships
- Processing routine, low-dollar renewals - this role is centered on high-value, strategic account management

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the strategic quarterback for our enterprise renewal portfolio, taking full ownership of the customer journey from initial engagement through successful renewal, with a laser focus on maximizing retention and protecting our revenue base
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B software account management, demonstrating exceptional client relationship skills
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex enterprise deals valued at $1M+
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to embrace and champion AI technologies in daily operations and strategic planning
- Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
