Ready to revolutionize the enterprise software landscape through the power of AI? As a Product CTO at Trilogy, you'll spearhead the technical transformation of newly acquired software companies, turning traditional products into AI-powered powerhouses that deliver unprecedented value.
We're not just looking for another technical leader - we're seeking a visionary who can reimagine how enterprise software operates in the cloud era. You'll be working with an impressive portfolio of companies including Influitive, Stratifyd, Jive, and Kayako, each presenting unique opportunities to leverage cutting-edge AI technologies and modern cloud architecture.
This role puts you in the driver's seat of technical innovation, free from the usual corporate bureaucracy. You won't be stuck in endless meetings or managing teams - instead, you'll be making the crucial technical decisions that determine product success, crafting sophisticated solutions, and pioneering the integration of generative AI across our product ecosystem.
**What you will be doing**
- Architect the future of enterprise software by making strategic technical decisions that maximize product value
- Create comprehensive technical specifications that emphasize simplicity, scalability, and innovation
- Pioneer the implementation of generative AI solutions to revolutionize engineering processes and product capabilities
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Managing people or getting bogged down in HR responsibilities - your focus is purely technical excellence
- Spending precious time in unnecessary meetings or bureaucratic processes - we've eliminated these distractions
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive substantial business growth across our enterprise and SMB product portfolio, directly impacting tens of millions in Annual Recurring Revenue through technical innovation and strategic product enhancement
- Proven track record of 7+ years making high-impact architectural and design decisions in software development
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting cloud solutions, particularly in AWS
- 4+ years of experience owning technical delivery for revenue-generating products
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and leveraging Generative AI for product features
- Proven success in utilizing Generative AI to optimize operational efficiency
