**What you will be doing**
This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will lead the product managers and will help them hire, retain, and upskill the product function. The technology and product teams at Satispay operate in an agile manner and have a strong bias for action. For the right person, Satispay will provide the perfect mix of scale, but with a lot more you can do to have an impact quickly

As a Head of product, you will play a crucial role in delivering the product roadmap. Despite their valuation and trajectory, the product management function at Satispay is relatively new. You will help establish OKRs, sound product processes, and metrics to help professionalize the function while maintaining the pace of development.

Your goals will be to bring new customers to the mobile app, activate them, and increase the customer lifetime value through usage. The average user already uses the mobile app 10X more than other competitors and you will help them further this gap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the product vision and strategy to deliver on Satispay’s objectives relating to merchant growth, consumer growth, and overall revenues;
- Help the team to switch to a bottom-up approach so that disruptive new products are created;
- Help the company to organize priorities and work more and more based on the OKR model;
- Help the Product team to define a roadmap and increase the team's performance;
- Execute the current product roadmap. Initially lead product roadmap for the consumer app, increasing downloads, usage, and customer lifetime value;
- Develop and train a product management team;
- Lead, develop, and mentor the product teams (and team members converting to product for the first time), helping to build a world-class product that will continue to provide the greatest experience for Satispay’s customers;
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and other stakeholders to tune the product vision with measurable and actionable objectives based on data and customer insights;
- Collaborate across the leadership team, along with the Heads of business development, CMO, CFO, and head of customer operations to ensure a fully rounded product strategy and execution;
- Work closely with the CTO / founder to drive product management and development and establish a long-term strategy for Satispay, helping them to expand their market presence;
- Foster a product management culture that balances product intuition, design inspiration, market insights, and data validation, partnering across the organization to achieve this.

You have:

- Strong experience executing a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic priorities, with a strong preference for experience with a B2C or B2B app;
- Experience in accelerating user acquisition, activation, and overall product growth;
- Deep understanding of modern agile software development methodologies;
- Experience in building great user experiences;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making critical decisions using quantitative and qualitative data;
- Experience in managing product cycles from ideation through to release and iteration;
- Commercial experience in analyzing market opportunities to define strategy, ideally across a portfolio of products;
- Experience managing, recruiting, coaching, and developing top-tier talent in product management, design, and user experience at all levels of an organization;
- Ability to articulate strategy/vision and effectively drive consensus across the organization;
- Capable of driving company culture, and aligning with the operational needs of the business.
