We are seeking a talented** Head of Product **to lead our product management and design teams in **developing and launching innovative mental health products **that meet customer needs and drive company growth. You will work closely with the Head of Technology and report directly to the Managing Director. Read below to discover if you have what it takes to be the next valuable addition to our team: **You show** - 7+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years as Head of Product or equivalent - Proven track record of successfully launching digital products - Experience managing teams of product managers and designers, as well as cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proficient in both English and Italian - Empathy and compassion for individuals struggling with mental health issues - Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams - Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Strong decision-making skills and ability to take calculated risks - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work **Preferred experience include**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field **As Head of Product you will**: - Lead the product management and design teams in developing and launching innovative features / products that meet customer needs and drive company growth - Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that product development aligns with company strategy and goals - Define and communicate product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the mental health tech industry, and identify opportunities for product innovation - Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to end-of-life - Manage and mentor the product management and design teams, providing guidance on product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution - Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals - Partner with finance and executive leadership to forecast and track product revenue and expenses - Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency in product development and management - Lead hiring efforts for the product management and design teams, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent - Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share new ideas and insights - Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in mental health tech **Benefit**: - 100% flexibility & full smart working - A stimulating and growing work environment - Focus on work-life balance - Free online yoga and fitness classes - Discount on psychotherapy sessions
