**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap to achieve strategic goals in collaboration with Technology and Sales Teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure alignment and effective communications throughout the product development lifecycle, keeping all the internal stakeholders involved and committed.
- Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle and develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of digital industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to implement product strategy.
- Ensure that the product meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure that the product becomes an engine of value creation in the medium and long term, optimising quality, experience and security of digital solutions.
- Strengthen UNGUESS positioning bringing to the market an innovative product.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at both major internet players and startups (B2B SaaS Product).
- Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technical delivery. Being the connection between business and tech.
- Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- “Product entrepreneur” thinking (we need a positive mindset with business and strategic thinking on how to scale the UNGUESS Platform).
