Head of Product

**Milan, Cremona or remote**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Product to lead the MailUp Business Unit’s Product team in close collaboration with the Technology Team.

**Your Impact**:
As Head of Product, you will report directly to MailUp’s General Manager. In this role, you will translate the company strategy into a compelling vision for MailUp product, guided by our ambition to drive value for customers and deliver business results.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

- With a strong business orientation, you formulate, test, revise, and communicate the product strategy and overall develop a Product Culture
- Translate business requirements into product requirements
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, working closely with the Customer Value Department
- Establish high-quality world-class standards and technical operations to deliver as part of our broad portfolio of B2B SaaS products
- Collaborate with the development team so that product requirements are understood
- Act as the “glue” for the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and a path for growth within the Product & Technology organization
- Constantly communicate with the team as well as the rest of the company in a way that’s both clear and inspiring
- Managing external stakeholders' relationship
- Together with the Technology team, ensure predictable and timely delivery of features and capabilities
- Hit measurable and specific goals tied to short, medium, and long-term business outcomes
- Own the prioritization of the roadmap and backlog
- Maximize the ROI of the team’s efforts
- Work in a consultative and collaborative fashion with other departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, customer value
- Embrace new technologies and approaches to ensure the highest quality in the expansion of our products and platforms
- Study direct competitors as well as the market at large, looking for new opportunities

**Preferred Qualifications/Skills**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management and previous experience in the SaaS and/or B2B sector being accountable for activation, acquisition, and monetization processes
- You are a talented People Manager
- You have advanced analysis & modelling skills
