**SAP HR Functional Expert**:
HSPI S.p.A, a leader in Management Consulting services and part of the TXT Group, in order to expand and strengthen the workforce of the Rome office, is looking for a SAP HR Functional Expert to be included in a work team composed of Management Consultants
The profile will be placed in ERP Governance area
**Main activities**:
analysis and re-engineering of business processes;
review of the corporate organizational model client;
support in governing digital transformation programs;
Support in the implementation of ERP Information Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, etc...) to cover the analyzed processes, according to industry best practices.
**Main responsibilities**:
gathering, defining, and documenting functional requirements of IT tools and technology architectures to support business processes;
drafting and execution of organizational Change Enablement plans;
Project management activities and monitoring the progress of ERP implementation projects.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines;
good knowledge of both spoken and written English;
ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders;
strong interest in Management Consulting, Business Process Analysis and/or Organizational Review;
organizational autonomy and results orientation.
