**Role Overview**
As a **Customer Care Representative** at Satispay you’ll provide assistance and support to our customers, delivering high satisfaction through the effective resolution of their requests, problems or doubts.
**Your mission**:
- Offer professional, timely support to our customers, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver top-notch service.
- Share valuable feedback to improve business processes and enhance products.
- Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Customer Care team.
**Your ideal profile**:
- Customer Care experience, previous experience in structured customer care we think can be an important skill to knowing the basics of user management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is a must
