We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist focused on Content Marketing approach to develop our SMM channels. We have already done a significant amount of work; our Instagram pages have around 140,000 followers. Additionally, we have a content production team ready to help implement any bold ideas. The marketing team consists of 12 professionals, all experts in their field, which will help you develop professionally and grow together with the company.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Spanish and English;**:

- 3-5 years of social media management experience with different SMM channels (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube);
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful effective storytelling techniques;
- Strong creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;
- Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to internal team;
- PORTFOLIO of existing social media projects is a must.

What you will do:

- Developing a content plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn for the current stage (TikTok and YouTube for future with extra resources);
- Setting a detailed task for content production or creating content independently (based on desire and capabilities);
- Creating diverse content in various formats (photos, images, video, stories, reels), based on the client's profile, information from research, and the stories of our students;
- Creating content with announcements of our events and special offers;
- Analyzing the channel's effectiveness, maintaining regular reporting, and working on the development of the SMM channel.
