Costituiscono elementi preferenziali la presenza di un titolo di studio nei settori di arti visive, videomaking, video design.

È inoltre richiesta:
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate.
Attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving.
