**About this role**:
As our H&S Specialist, you will support the implementation of guidelines according to the Italian legislation.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive health and safety programs, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on safety performance, trends, and recommendations to management.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 2/3 years of experience in health and safety roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Any Knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations would be a plus
