**About the Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities
- Assemble hardware products in our production line
- Oversee and coach employees
- Employ high standards to ensure high-quality products are being produced on schedule
- Fundamental computer navigation, installation, and troubleshooting
- Manage inventory protocol with accuracy
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely operate and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Other assigned projects and duties when required

**Skills and Abilities Required**
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift up to 20 Kgs without assistance on a regular basis
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work on repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, yet be able to function independently
- English language knowledge

**Preferred Qualities We Look For**
- 2+ years of proven experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong analytical skills and time-management skills
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with competing demands
- Team player, who is proactive and owns accountability

**Minimum Education and Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business Management, or related fields
- Italian and English: level C1/C2
