Personal Assistant for Family Office

The person we are looking for will be the PA of the Chairman, and he/she will support him in this main activities:
- _
Scheduling meetings, appointments; full diary management_
- _Answering phones, attending meetings with the Chairman, taking minutes_
- _Travel arrangements; itineraries, transport and accommodation globally_
- _Coordination with other department of Chairman's family office_
- _Ad hoc household support / Occasional errand running_
- _Flexible travel_
- _Dealing with household staff, travel agents, contractors, couriers and other professionals to do with the Chairman's business or personal life_
- _Various household admin tasks eg. paying invoices_
- _Drafting correspondence_
- _Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested_
- _Office Management duties_
- _Yacht management (organizing trips and Visas for and management of the crew, dealing with boat insurance, refurbishment etc)_
Personal Assistant for Family Office|Single Family Office
English and Italian will be fluent, both written than spoken.
French language is nice to have.
We are looking for a flexible, discrete, and proactive person.
Family Office, English Head Quarter, in Milan downtown
