Our client is a globally known social media with more than 1billion users in the world and $4.6 billion revenue in 2021. Downloaded all over the World, the app highlights creativity and allows people to share videos and communicate internationally. The company is looking for a new **Product Marketing Manager** in Milan, Italy, to join the team in a fast-paced environment.
**What’s in for you**:
- Drive growth and adoption of products in the market. Collaborate with Product Marketing Product Owners, sales and account management teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Collaborate with Local Sales and Product Owners to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for the company’s ads products in a market.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Owners to identify market needs and generate relevant localized vertical narratives, solutions, and packages.
- Collect product feedback from the local market and cross-functional teams to feed into the Product Marketing Product Owners guiding and helping prioritize upstream development to ensure product market fit.
- Build in-depth key accounts and agency partnerships, through collaboration with local sales, marketing and PR. Participate in major pitches and industry events.
**In return you will bring**:
- 5+ years experience working within media in a marketing or product marketing capacity.
- Fluency in Italian
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the local market across verticals and agencies
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals
