Thales people architect and deliver satellite-based systems that help position, connect and observe our planet, and push the boundaries of our understanding of planet's resources. Business Intelligence: SymphonIE software implementation in TAS in Italy in coordination with the French team; info gathering and uploading into the software repository; knowledge sharing; reporting of meetings; external conferences (e.g. Istituto Affari Internazionali, ASI; ESA): - Strategic Business Plan: support to the coordination of the SBP Process, liaising with S&M and French teams involved in SBP for inputs gathering in due time; space system dataset coordination (incl. data/info gathering and mining) for all the analyses linked to overall market and Company’s accessible market in cooperation with S&M and PLMs; manage the database and keep and maintain up-to-date the documentation that present the necessary information to convert raw data into parameters fitting with the SBP analyses defined by STRAT managers - Analysis: Market and competition analyses supporting STRAT department tasks, and ad hoc analyses on emerging markets or space domains (e.g. Telecom; 5G/IoT/M2M; Observation and Scince); support to other functions in TAS (CFO; S&M; BLs/Domains/CCs; CTO), including, but not limited to, DR0/DR1 market analyses, support to bids and internal innovation initiatives, writing reports on the space market with particular reference to the institutional national and multinational markets; support to ad hoc requests in the framework of the collaboration with Telespazio and the Corporates - Coaching: support to Interns coordination; actively participate in recruiting and organizing local stagiaires and support VIEs according to Management direction; - Continuous training on business intelligence and business models: coordination with the team and corporate if requested; attendance to courses when requested by the manager - Within the Global CMI organization and under local governance: supervise and coordinate activity for TASI with different teams at transnational level; Involve local teams; pro-actively communicate relevant opportunities, risks, and issues to the management; follow processes, priorities and procedures defined by the Global CMI, attending to the International COPIL. - Other responsibilities: define and assess its annual objectives under guidance of head of STRAT/CMI; ensure the understanding of business needs and be able to translate into technical solutions; follow directions and priorities given by the Global head of STRAT/CMI; provide be - weekly insights on projects progress and main news with assessments on impacts on the company to the Global head of BI
