Biancolatte Milano cerca figura qualificata di Restaurant Manager nell’ambito di una ristorazione moderna di ‘casual dining’ di alto profilo.

Biancolatte (via turati 30, milano) è un format di grande successo da oltre 18 anni che ha come mission quella di rendere felici i propri clienti, facendoli staccare per un attimo dalla quotidianità problematica e caotica, e facendoli entrare in un luogo pieno di affetto e di cura della persona e del dettaglio.

E’ composto da una ristorazione veloce ma curata (dai 300 ai 600 coperti al giorno) e un fortissimo delivery. questo concept store oresenta anche un’area caffetteria/pasticceria/gelateria (tutto artigianale fatto in casa) e uno shop di regalistica.

Lo staff è composto attualmente da circa 50 persone.

Le sue mansioni saranno legate sia al back office sia al contatto col cliente ed organizzazione della squadra on site.
- Stesura e controllo procedure/operations
- budgeting & cost control
- HR: piano orario, recruiting e motivazione della squadra
- sviluppo, organizzazione settore delivery
- ottime capacità tecnologiche/digitali e uso dei gestionali di ristorazione moderna
- competenze amministrative di cassa
- organizzazione sala e bar
- organizzazione di eventi
- Pregressa esperienza come Direttore, Restaurant Manager, Operation Manager di più anni nello stessa azienda
- conoscenza della lingua inglese e ottima conoscenza di software gestionali (micros, tc pos, zeta menu, ipratico etc)
- Empatia, passione per questo lavoro, capacità di lavorare in squadra, precisione.
