Diagnostic Solution Expert, Lab Automation

By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation around everything from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Understand customer needs and identify implementation risks.
- Complete workflow-related implementation deliverables in alignment with planning agreements.
- Conduct workshops to engage product end-users and prepare them for new work methods.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience during implementation and debut.
- Configure and test the BD Kiestra Lab Automation solution, including BD Synapsys, to fit the customer’s laboratory setting.
- Train key users, provide support during validation and debut, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvement engagements.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science, clinical, or a relevant technical area.
- Proficient in both Italian and English, additional languages considered a benefit.
- 3-5 years of microbiology laboratory experience with knowledge in bacterial identification.
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and proven knowledge of information/data management systems, including interfaces with LIS.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and EMEA region at least 75% of the time.
- Experienced in providing training, troubleshooting real-time issues, and comfortable working independently or as part of a diverse team with commercial foresight.
