Your challenge:
Dematic is looking for an internship an HR Generalist for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio. He/She will work in the EMEA environment and will collaborate with the HR Team in the business line.

Main activities:

- Developing and implementing training program (records, satisfaction surveys, data analysis)
- Assisting with routine research and analysis on projects in assigned specialty area
- Monitoring KPIs and tracking training process
- Scouting and evaluating new suppliers
- Defining with Manager and HRBP the training program
- Preparing rooms and records
- Funding research analysis
- Assisting in communicating routine HR services, initiatives, surveys and programs in assigned specialty area.
- Support the Senior HR Payroll on mandatory external communication for new hires (COB, A1)
- Verify hiring documents in order to complete the onboarding phase
- Support the senior HR Payroll to control the working time, overtime etc.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- Have a real passion for HR Development
- at least 3 months of experience as HR Trainee
- Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Studies, Education and Social Sciences
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Workday ERP is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
