YOU WIN. **Job Description** What will you take care of?** As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth HR team in a cross-function experience: **_ Help shaping the future_**_:_ - You will have the opportunity to participate in **training**, **development**, **performance management** and **recruiting** activities, with a “hands on” approach and a "digital" mindset **_ Experience cooperation_**_:_ - You will be part of a dynamic, positive team, always aimed to offer to Bosch Rexroth employees the best support, as a "business partners". **_ Take on responsibility_**_:_ - You will give general support in the organization, scheduling and operative task for different projects within the HR dept. **Qualifications** What distinguishes you?** **_ Education_**: - You are a recent graduate in Legal, Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering **_ Experience and know-how:_** - You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel. - You have a good level of English (min B2) **_ Soft Skills:_** - You are a details-oriented and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills. You are a good team worker.
