Siamo un cocktail bar serale sul naviglio grande a Milano; siamo aperti da più di dieci anni e cerchiamo sempre di rinnovarci pur mantenendo la nostra identità che consiste nella ricerca e proposta di drink particolari accompagnati da gustosi stuzzichini durante l'aperitivo e sempre dal sorriso dei nostri collaboratori, sia di sala che di banco.

COSA STIAMO CERCANDO:
Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un/una BARTENDER Junior - Full Time, con disponibilità a ricoprire alcuni turni anche in sala e a lavorare su turni serali nel weekend e in settimana.

Ti occuperai dell'allestimento del banco, delle preparazioni per i drink, del carico dei frigoriferi, dell'accoglienza clienti, servizio al banco e in sala in funzione del turno, pulizie del banco e del locale a inizio e fine turno.

Desideriamo incontrare persone serie e disponibili ad imparare un metodo di lavoro, che non si tirino indietro di fronte alle difficoltà ma che le sappiano trasformare in occasioni di miglioramento per sé e per il team. Sarai sempre seguito da un membro esperto dello staff che sarà in grado di trasmettere le adeguate conoscenze e competenze, per offrire un servizio di qualità ai nostri clienti.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

- Hai già maturato qualche esperienza nel mondo della ristorazione, anche breve e non necessariamente in un cocktail bar
- Sei una persona solare, dinamica, intraprendente, collaborativa e predisposta al contatto empatico con il pubblico, ma soprattutto con tanta grinta e voglia di mettersi in gioco
- Hai flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni
- Vuoi cominciare a lavorare e a dare il massimo fin da subito

ORARIO DI LAVORO:
Turni serali, indicativamente dalle 17:00 alle 02:00

COSA OFFRIAMO:

- Formazione continua sul campo
- Crescita professionale e sviluppo
- Disponibilità a valutare retribuzione e contratto in funzione delle effettive esperienze maturate
- CCNL pubblici esercizi: 13esima, 14esima e ferie retribuite
