" Primario gruppo quotato operante nel settore finanziario, leader in Italia nel settore di riferimento, per supportare la evoluzione delle soluzioni tecnologiche in uso per le proprie società assicurative, è alla ricerca di un **esperto **professionista **da inserire nel contesto del **Centre of Excellence **dedicato allo sviluppo della piattaforma **RGI **della **Direzione Information Technology di Gruppo **nel ruolo di: **FUNCTIONAL LEAD** Alla risorsa, riportando al responsabile del Centre of Excellence RGI e Coordinamento Applicazioni Società Specialistiche, saranno affidate le seguenti attività: - Set-up funzionale e di processo nell’ambito di attività progettuali ed evolutive sulla piattaforma RGI, in particolare del layer comune alle diverse Compagnie che adotteranno tale piattaforma - Definizione delle linee guida funzionali e di processo nell’ambito dell’evoluzione della piattaforma RGI nel contesto Unipol e corrispondente monitoraggio - Gestione e pianificazione del demand rispetto alle attività di evoluzione richieste dalle Compagnie del Gruppo - Supporto funzionale alle singole società che utilizzano la piattaforma RGI nella gestione ordinaria e straordinaria della piattaforma stessa **REQUISITI** - Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria o Economia; - Comprovata conoscenza dei processi assicurativi afferenti il portafoglio danni sia Rami elementari che Auto - Profonde competenze funzionali e di processo sulla suite PASS di RGI ed in particolare sui moduli di portafoglio danni e configurazione prodotti; - Significative esperienze professionali nell’ambito della implementazione di soluzioni applicative con approccio “adopt” in ambito _insurance _con particolare riguardo a competenze funzionali maturate su progetti danni e comprovata esperienza nella redazione di analisi funzionali e di processo; - Competenze di **project management **e di gestione di team di lavoro; - Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese; - Completano il profilo: attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving, autonomia, orientamento agli obiettivi.
