All’interno della divisione Enterprise nel perimetro Industry & Services siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Client Manager che si occuperà di esercitare un ruolo cruciale nel percorso di crescita e sviluppo del segmento di mercato Manufacturing.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?
- Progettare e implementare una strategia complessiva generando nuove opportunità sia con i clienti esistenti che con quelli nuovi, sviluppando una profonda comprensione delle dinamiche di mercato, dei processi aziendali, e delle tecnologie più rilevanti;
- Gestire i clienti a portafoglio, dal posizionamento all’implementazione delle soluzioni curando la relazione con essi con l’obiettivo di promuovere partnership a lungo termine;
- Acquisire una profonda conoscenza delle soluzioni nel portafoglio di Engineering (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, ecc) assicurando un approccio integrato nella gestione dei clienti e nello sviluppo di offerte personalizzate;
- Gestire le offerte e le trattative commerciali e supervisionare la delivery di progetti e servizi, coordinando le risorse necessarie per lo sviluppo dell’offering servendosi dei competence center orizzontali;
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di budget assegnati, oltre che il monitoraggio dei processi di fatturazione ed incasso.

Qualifiche e Competenze richieste:

- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione clienti, preferibilmente nel settore Manufacturing;
- Comprensione dei processi aziendali dei clienti nel segmento di mercato, delle tecnologie e della delivery di progetti;
- Laurea, preferibilmente STEM;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita l’esperienza anche di progetti internazionali;
- Eccellenti doti comunicative, capacità di gestione delle relazioni commerciali;
- Forte propensione al team working e capacità di promuovere relazioni con tutti gli interlocutori;
- Disponibilità ad affrontare viaggi e trasferte.
