Consistently strong growth has created a requirement for a full-time Solution Specialist to join our Solution Design team in Milan.
**Main responsibilities**
Our new Solution Specialist has a consulting experience in business processes’ analysis and cooperating with our Customer Success and Sales divisions, collecting the customers’ requirements and working with the Solution Engineering team to build custom solutions with a focus on data interexchange between the end-user systems and Soldo platform, via internal interfaces or public web APIs.
- Relating with other business units and customers, supported by the Solution Engineering team if necessary;
- Analyze and deploy customized solutions;
- Second-level product support for customer-facing teams Europe-wide.
**About you
- Able to relate with customers (and accountants)
- Experience in working with Data Base and/or BI tools
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to organize your daily activities and coordinate with other teams
- Problem-solving attitude
- Communication, presentation and project management skills
- Good working knowledge in both spoken and written English (Common European Framework of Reference C1)
- Good working knowledge in both spoken and written French knowledge is a preferential
