Factory Manager based on San Bonifacio

Who are you?

Do you have the ability to support a significant major transformation to grow our customer-oriented focus within the Business Unit Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heath Exchanger?

We have a position for you as Factory Manager at Alfa Laval in San Bonifacio, Italy.

In your role as Factory Manager, you will be part of the BU Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heath Exchanger and you will report directly to the Product Group Manager.

Our Business Unit is significantly growing and has having an expansion in manufacturing with the presence of two sites dedicated to different family products, where one is fully up and running and the second is under completion, our production technology will be in a major transformation towards high volumes production flows.

As part of the local management team, you will support the site located in San Bonifacio, by driving organization evolution, standards, and best practices to keep driving our key objectives of Sustainability, Quality, Delivery and Cost in the Business Unit.

Your main responsibilities are:

- The overall performance, output and development of the manufacturing including the Sustainability, Quality, Delivery and Cost of the processes and products
- To secure continued performance development in line with the Operations Strategy
- To execute the Business Plan in alignment with the defined strategy
- To maintain high Safety standards with people working in a fast-paced environment
- To ensure successful development of your team and organization in terms of competences, team diversity, targeted results, and engagement to meet our strategic objectives
- To share and contribute to create best practices within the Product Group in the Business Unit Brazed.

Your personal profile & qualifications:
To succeed in this job, you are an inclusive leader with a minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience at management level with a proven track record in achieving operational and financial results.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

- Bachelor/Master Degree required in technical field
- Drive the people/ organization dimension into the results perspective clearly
- Record in achieving operational, financial and organizational results
- Strategic perspective and innovative mindset
- Strong drive and focus on delivering results
- Excellent communication skills and team focused mindset.
- Practice in Lean and Six Sigma utilization experience within manufacturing
- Experience in high-volume / automotive production
- Ability to work locally and globally in a matrix organization
- Required Fluent Italian and English
