**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Store tema based in Brugherio (MB).

**Your Impact**
- Reporting to the Supervisor Performance & Retention, you will:

- Develop, plan, implement and control Retention Marketing Activities within the assigned area of Customer Life Stage (Lead Generation, New Name Retention, Loyalty / Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention & Reactivation) within the Performance & Retention Marketing Organization in the markets of QVC International.
- Report dotted line to the Retention Marketing Manager, QVC International.
- Develop weekly and monthly goals with regards the assigned area (Lead Generation, Data Capture, New Name Retention, Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention and Reactivation)
- Set up campaigns that match the aligned goal Indicators, track and improve results on an ongoing basis based on best practices across QI and in close relationship with its peers in the markets and with the Retention Marketing Manager QI.
- Guided by insights of completed campaigns you will develop new business opportunities in the assigned channels
- Due to in market knowledge of the assigned channel and network to relevant external in market partners you will introduce new potential partners to the retention marketing portfolio of the market

**What You Bring**
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing
- Experience related to customer base lifecycle (retention, Loyalty, prevention, etc.)
- English: fluent
- Excellent of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Creativity
