We are currently looking for a Specialist Performance Marketing to join our great team in Brugherio (MB). In the role of Specialist Performance Marketing you will support our strategy by plannin, executing and controlling campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels (Channels: Search & Shopping, Affiliate & Paid Social, Retargeting, SEO). You will report solid line to the in-market Manager Performance & Retention Marketing. The roles report dotted line to the Performance Marketing Manager, QVC International.

**Your main responsibilities in this role will be**:

- Develop a detailed weekly & monthly plan on Sales, New Names and Incremental Ebit derived from Performance Marketing Channels that is in-line with the in market Customer Plan as well as in market Digital Sales Plan
- Evaluate weekly monthly results vs. plan and find actions together with Performance Marketing Manager, QI.
- Develop and Present out new business opportunities in addition to pre-defined budgets
- Establish relationships with main partners of the assigned performance marketing channel.
- Develop business plans based on current results and open opportunities, execute test scenarios together with these partners.
- Scout new potential partners within assigned channel.

To be successful in this role you'll bring us:

- Min. 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing Practice.
- Experience in driving profitable sales and customer development.
- Knowledge Performance Marketing Tools (e.g., Google and/or Adobe Analytics use, Implementation or testing of Pixels, Tealium or Tag Manager)
- Experience setting up campaigns in assigned performance marketing channel, e.g. Search & Shopping (Google and Bing Platforms) or Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).
- Experience working on different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets
- Experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders
