Summary:
This position provides the regional focal point for all SCJ Intercompany import and export activities pertinent to ACT. This position will partner cross functionally to drive demand and supply planning activities in conjunction with logistics and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Regional focal point/coordinator and communication of Import/Export activities
- Demand & Supply Planning activities including forecast review/sharing, production & orders
- Execute and own optimization plans to deliver KPIs.
- Forecast Adherence & Accuracy - determine baseline and execute, design roadmap to continuous improvement
- OTIF - determine baseline and execute; design roadmap to continuous improvement
- Lead Times - determine methodology to establish baseline; design roadmap to continuous improvement
- Above Max Inventory - execute to target; design roadmap to continuous improvement
- Reduction in supply chain losses
- Ensure successful NPD launches on inbound and outbound product; ensure risks are escalated and communicated to protect supply and optimization plans
- Compliance to Global Affiliate Trade Policy
- Own cross-regional capacity reviews following the S&OP cycle
- Monitor and obtain approval for any requested exceptions per policy (excluding markups/pricing)
- Partnership with Logistics, driving communication & execution to Logistics KPIs
- Container Utilization
- Timeline from goods produced to goods shipped
- Full pallets/Pallet Utilization
- Air Freight Cost/Usage

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in optimizing end-to-end Supply Chains
- Experience in Supply Chain (e.g.: supply planning, logistics, procurement, demand planning, etc.)
- Ability to drive action and influence decision making at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
- Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ownership mentality
- University Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Supply Chain experience

- Experience in Supply Planning

Job Requirements:

- Full Time
- No OT expected
- M-F Daytime (availability for out of normal hours contact/meetings)
- Less than 10% travel
