**Fater **is an Italian company, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries. In Italy it has been expanding the market of personal hygiene products since the late '60s and it now produces and sells brand products such as **Pampers,** **LINES**, **LINES Specialist** and **Tampax.** Since 2013 it manufactures and distributes the brand products **ACE**, **Neoblanc **and **Comet **in 38 countries in Western Europe, the Central and Eastern European markets and Middle Eastern markets; Fater is a dynamic company that invests in innovation around 4% of its annual turnover. Consumer and market knowledge shared competencies and search for efficiency are the drivers of growth in the long run. Our headquarters are in Pescara. Our production plants are in Pescara and Campochiaro in Italy, in Porto, Portugal and in Gebze, Turkey. **Posizione**: We are looking for a **Learning & Talent Development Manager **to join our Human Resources department, this position will work across all areas of Learning and Development & Talent Management in both a strategic and administrative capacity for Fater. **Background and Purpose**: The main purpose of this role is to create an L&D and Talent Management framework for Fater that includes an overall strategic vision for the function, developing content and facilitation in the areas of learning platforms and leadership development. This includes developing and implementing talent management programs to include performance management, talent assessment, development tools, and succession management driving through programs, events, and activities to support individual growth. **As a Learning & Talent Development Manager, **you will be supporting the organization in designing and implementing leadership and talent development programs, supporting the people agenda by bringing Fater’s **“People First”** Strategy to life. **“People First” **means first of all creating a working environment where people can unleash their talent, enhancing teamwork, diversity, and mutual listening. Our intent is to transmit this positive energy from within the company to reach the people who choose our products and the communities in which we operate. **In this role, you will be responsible for**: - Driving the people agenda and the HR processes along the employee life cycle, especially the talent and performance process to ensure robust People Development Plans, Succession, Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and follow-up activities in order to attract, develop and retain Talents. - Managing employee relations and driving flawless execution of HR Initiatives and key projects. Collaborating and providing business insight to CoE to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented to support our "People First" Strategy. - Recruiting and training activities according to Business needs in partnership with CoE Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams, - Supporting Senior HRBP for managing effective organizational transformation and change projects using best-practice methodologies. - Acting as a change agent, developing and guiding the organization’s capacities to continually adapt, translating this into effective and sustained change processes and structures. **What Will Make You Successful**: - Having a previous cross-functional experience (5-7 years) in Talent areas (Talent Management, Leadership & Learning, Organizational Development) - Having a strong knowledge of the Talent core processes and a good understanding of integrated Talent experiences. - Embracing a “People first” attitude, openness orientation, the capability to work in a highly dynamic and flexible environment, think analytically and with simplicity, demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to listen. **Requisiti**: - Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology or related area - Min 5-7 years experience in Talent areas (Talent Management, Leadership & Learning, Organizational Development) - Understanding of how learning, talent and culture work together to drive strong organizational performance - Demonstrating strong communication skills, both in English and Italian. - Skilled collaborator with HRBP’s, CoE, and business leaders to support the implementation of Leadership Development products - Proven project management skills, Experience in managing and delivering transformational talent programmes. - Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Complete mastering of Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint) - Knowledge of Talent Management Systems and Talent technology, including technologies that can enable a skills marketplace - Knowledge of best-in-class approaches to address capability gaps through learning and development solutions - Knowledge of leading practice around monitoring and measuring the impact of talent interventions - Commercial awareness, cu
