**Fater **is an Italian company, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries. In Italy it has been expanding the market of personal hygiene products since the late '60s and it now produces and sells brand products such as **Pampers,** **LINES**, **LINES Specialist** and **Tampax.**

Since 2013 it manufactures and distributes the brand products **ACE**, **Neoblanc **and **Comet **in 38 countries in Western Europe, the Central and Eastern European markets and Middle Eastern markets; Fater is a dynamic company that invests in innovation around 4% of its annual turnover. Consumer and market knowledge shared competencies and search for efficiency are the drivers of growth in the long run. Our headquarters are in Pescara. Our production plants are in Pescara and Campochiaro in Italy, in Porto, Portugal and in Gebze, Turkey.

**Posizione**:
We are looking for a talented **Assistant Brand Manager Intern **to join our **Marketing Department **in our Business Campus located in Spoltore (PE) Italy.

You will have the chance to join and support one of our teams working on Regional Strategy Design and the Execution across all touch-points:

- Packaging Design,
- POP material development,
- Consumer Communication ATL/BTL

You will have the chance to create and deliver a **winning business strategy** based on a superior understanding of the consumers, customers, and competitive environment.

The **main topics** of the internship will be:

- Strategic Guide: develop local consumer insights and expertise, competitive and market understanding
- Build Brand Equity: define equity hard and soft point to meet regional needs
- Initiative design: contribute to the creation of new initiatives, including new brands, packaging, products and ideas
- Competitive Response Modelling: adjust initiative strategies as appropriate to ensure business competitiveness and growth
- Agency Relationship: develop partnerships with agencies and internal/external partners and fully leverage the contribution of each

**Requisiti**:
**Skills and experience**:

- You are passionate about Marketing
- You have a Master Degree (graduate or undergraduate) in Economical disciplines with a brilliant academic path
- You have very good knowledge of strategic and operational marketing
- You have strong analytical and communications skills
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are fluent both in English and Italian
- You are available to start as of July 22 for at least 6 months
