**Fater**, è un'azienda italiana, joint venture paritetica fra Procter & Gamble e Angelini Industries. Produce e distribuisce in 38 Paesi, nei mercati dell’Europa Occidentale, centrale e orientale, i prodotti detergenti per la pulizia dei tessuti e della casa a marchio **Ace**e **Neoblanc**; in Italia ha ampliato fin dagli anni 60 i mercati dei prodotti assorbenti per la persona, oggi produce e commercializza per l’Italia i prodotti a marchio **Pampers**, **Lines,** **Lines Specialist,** **Tampax.**

Fater è un'azienda dinamica che investe in innovazione circa il 4% del fatturato annuo. La sede è a Pescara; gli stabilimenti di produzione in Italia sono a Pescara e a Campochiaro (CB), all’estero sono in Portogallo, a Porto e in Turchia a Gebze.

- Creare materiali POP che catturano l’attenzione.
- Partecipare attivamente alla comunicazione ATL/BTL, toccando il cuore dei consumatori.

**La tua missione è contribuire con il tuo valore a**:

- Sviluppare una strategia commerciale vincente, basata su una profonda comprensione dei consumatori e del mercato.
- Definire la guida strategica, analizzando i consumatori locali e il panorama competitivo.
- Costruire e rafforzare la Brand Equity, soddisfacendo le esigenze regionali con precisione.
- Progettare iniziative innovative e rispondere con agilità alle mosse della concorrenza.

**Requisiti**:
**Cerchiamo una persona che abbia**:

- Laurea magistrale in Economia, Marketing, Business Administration o affini, con eccellenti risultati accademici.
- Conoscenza approfondita del marketing strategico e operativo.
- Capacità analitiche e comunicative di primo livello.
- Padronanza delle applicazioni Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ottime capacità relazionali e conoscenza fluente dell'inglese
