**Posizione**:
**Chi ha il ruolo di Chef de rang si assicura il servizio per la propria area di competenza e coordina gli addetti alla sala dedicati, prestando una grande attenzione alla clientela**. E’ la voce dello Chef in sala e deve sapersi ben coordinare con i membri della brigata per poter esaltare al meglio con i clienti i grandi valori dei piatti proposti. Può collaborare con gli altri membri dello staff per sopperire a necessità o picchi di lavoro non stimati. Si offre compenso come da CCNL commisurato alle capacità ed esperienza, di sicuro interesse. **Si offre vitto e alloggio e la possibilità di prolungare il lavoro, anche oltre la stagione che va da Maggio a Settembre, in altre strutture del gruppo.**
