As a Reservations Agent Intern, you will serve as the enchanting gateway to our world of opulence, seamlessly curating reservations for our discerning guests with grace and sophistication. Your commitment to excellence will manifest in personalized interactions, ensuring that each reservation reflects the epitome of luxury and anticipates the unique desires of our esteemed clientele. Join us in crafting a narrative of unparalleled elegance and distinction within the realm of luxury hospitality.

The internship will provide exposure to a broad range of activities, including:

- Contributing to the creation of a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information. Adding information to guest history such as: previous stay experience, special occasions, preferences, and other pertinent information.
- Assisting in responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the hotel and its services.
- Supporting effective resolution of guest issues. Working closely with fellow guest service team members and other departments to resolve any challenges.
- Supporting the Reservations Team with daily operational tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment is considered a plus.

- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality is considered a plus

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Proficiency in English is required.

- Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
