*Responsabilità Principali:*
- Accogliere e salutare gli ospiti al loro arrivo, assicurandosi che si sentano subito a casa.
- Gestire e risolvere eventuali richieste, reclami o problemi degli ospiti in modo tempestivo e professionale.
- Coordinare i servizi di accoglienza, assicurandosi che tutte le richieste siano soddisfatte.
- Collaborare con i vari reparti dell’hotel per garantire un servizio fluido e coerente.
- Monitorare la soddisfazione degli ospiti, raccogliendo feedback e suggerimenti per migliorare continuamente l’esperienza degli ospiti.
- Organizzare eventi speciali e attività per gli ospiti.
- Fornire informazioni accurate su servizi, attrazioni locali e altre richieste.

*Requisiti:*
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore dell'ospitalità o in una posizione simile.
- Capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
- Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving.
- Conoscenza delle lingue straniere (inglese essenziale, altre lingue un plus).
- Capacità di gestire situazioni difficili con calma e professionalità.
- Spirito di squadra e attitudine positiva.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
