**Discover the role**

The HR&Payroll Intern will be working closely with the HR&Payroll Team and will assist with the processing of payroll-related processes and procedures.

The HR&P Intern will be expected to learn and grow professionally in the HR&P and Labour domain, to be self-motivated, and to support the team with HR&P tasks that will be delegated to Him/Her.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform record keeping and extraction of standard reports for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely manner;
- Operate the TMF Horizon platform;
- Act as contact for Clients’ HRIS to gather payroll input;
- Data input of time cards into the payroll software;
- Keep the mandatory communication to Health/Pension insurance funds, or to Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
- Execute payments through different channels;
- Upload of monthly reports to Social Insurance portal;
- Other HR Admin tasks on demand

**About you**

**_ Ideally, you meet the following criteria:_**
- Working Knowledge of English (B1 - B2)
- Good command of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous experience in HR & Payroll related tasks is considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Quality and goal-oriented focus
- Problem-solving attitude
- An individual who acts with integrity and upholds the VALUES of the organization in all they do
