Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for an** ADAS Project Leader **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to **Head of **Electrics/Electronics** and is linked to the **KEFA** with functional reporting.

You will be both the leader of your team and the representative of Technical Development in the project for the ADAS. In this role, you will steer and coordinate the engineering, quality, costs and deadlines of the team. You’ll be able to make a decision on trade-offs within your delegation of authority.
- Accountable for components on engineering, quality, costs, compliance duties and deadlines within the technical area
- Accountable for Business Case prep. on possible solutions
- Responsible for tracking targets for engineering, quality, costs, compliance duties and deadlines or implementing measures to reconcile or adjust in coordination with the KEFA/ Prj. Manager
- Accountable for agreements and trade-offs, within your delegation of authority or escalating to KEFA/ CTE in case of deviation outside your delegation of authority or veto by SET member, preparing underlying analyses for decision
- Responsible for steering and coordinating assigned SE Teams on engineering, quality, costs and deadlines
- Accountable for tracking timing and costs of components, periodically aligning the Planner
- Accountable for managing budget within your threshold
- Accountable for components modification within your authority, or prepare the documentation for escalation
- Accountable for BoM and FAKOM progress

**About you**
- Master of Science in Automotive
- /Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in automotive development
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Competence in the technical development of ADAS components and functions
- Experience with development processes of ADAS systems
- Working in team environment
- Effective communication
- Self-motivation
- Planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility and comfort working in a quickly changing environment
