Seasonal Jobs in 5-Star Hotels - Greece & Cyprus, Summer 2026
We are looking for motivated and service-minded individuals to join luxury 5-star hotels across Greece and Cyprus for the 2026 summer season.
**Available positions**: Room attendants, assistant waiters, waiters, restaurant managers, cooks (commis, sous, and head chefs), and front office staff.
Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are just beginning your career in the industry, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable international experience in a professional environment.
Key Details
- **Location**: Greece or Cyprus
- **Start Date**: March-April 2026 (flexible)
- **End Date**: End of October - Beginning of November 2026
- **Contract Type**: Full-time, seasonal position
- **Working Schedule**: 6 days per week
- **Net Salary**: €1,000 - €2,000 per month
- **Bonus**: A one-time bonus paid in two instalments; for completing the full season, approximately 1.5 months’ salary

Your Role
- Participate in daily hotel operations in your assigned department
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Cooperate with team members to deliver a first-class guest experience
- Contribute to the smooth running of the hotel’s daily activities
What We’re Looking For
- Good command of spoken English
- Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not required
- Strong motivation to learn and deliver quality service
- Physical ability to handle practical and active tasks
- Team-oriented, flexible, and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What We Offer
