Plant Manager/production Manager

The Plant and Production Manager oversees daily plant operations and production schedules, ensuring policies and procedures are followed to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. This role requires a strong leader with an agile and entrepreneurial mindset to drive continuous improvement and innovation, providing clear direction and engaging the team to meet goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enhance the profitable operation of the plant
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure on-time shipping.
- Increase production efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure plant safety and sustainability.
- Implement strategic initiatives.
- Recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
- Coordinate and expedite work and materials flow.
- Communicate production schedules and status to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement efforts with an agile approach.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Provide clear direction and engage the team to achieve objectives
- Promote teamwork and positive employee relations with plant staff
- Develop and execute plant budget, and work with finance to develop and monitor KPIs
- Support growth objectives of company and business unit
Pay: €72,000.00 - €75,000.00 per year
