**Posizione**:
To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a clear-thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work in a dynamic environment. The person will be responsible for supporting the CRM and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution, data analysis, and overall marketing success.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Improve database quality and analyze CRM data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior and overall effectiveness for strategic insights on corporate decisions;
- Coordinate the data cleansing activities (deduplication and merging) in collaboration with local markets and their qualitative inputs;
- Monitor campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and uncover new marketing opportunities;
- Support the planification and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns, contributing to the definition of objectives, target audience selection, and the analysis of results;
- Assist in the development and implementation of regional and international trade marketing activities;
- Support in the creation of event communication strategies to engage VIP clients, partners, stakeholders;
- Conduct market research on the luxury industry tracking emerging trends, competitor strategies and new opportunities in CRM and Trade Marketing.

**Offer details**:

- Duration: 6 months
- Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
- Monthly compensation: 600€
- Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy

**Requisiti**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Degree in Economics, Business & Management, Finance or a related field;
- Italian native and professional proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Passion for e-commerce, luxury and design products;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Curiosity, proactivity and entrepreneurial attitude
