Your responsibilities will include Controlling activities for Energy Sales Margin (Power/Gas), P&L, Business Case evaluation and profitability topics. More specifically:
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and medium-term annual planning related to Energy Sales P&L, with focus on Gross Margin, Customer Base development, Costs (including CTA) and Profitability topics- Prepare and develop reporting and analysis of deviations vs. budget/previous forecast(s) providing steering impulses and supporting the organization in the decision-making process- Actively propose deep dives and improvement on data and processes, aimed to maximize data quality and accuracy- Determine accruals for quarterly closings- Prepare Energy Sales standards and ad-hoc Reporting (KPI, monthly, quarterly, annual)- Support analysis related to pricelists release, including deviation highlights vs planned figures- Support with special projects related to Energy Sales (e.g. support M&A activities, CTS optimization / benchmarking, segment/portfolio valuations).- Sett-up ad hoc business-case models related to new investments- Preparing ad hoc scenarios analysis

**Qualifications**- Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/ accounting/ finance. MBA or other advanced degree represents a plus- Comprehensive work experience in Controlling (3 to 5 years), with relevant exposure to the energy sector- Profound knowledge of Power and/or Gas markets with related the principle to plan and control the resulting retail margin- Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeed in a team of motivated and talented individuals- Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines- Highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access) and BI tools (Power BI or similar)- Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must, other languages are a plus
